RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Customer service is our number one goal. We are always here to assist with your purchases and understand the need to return or exchange items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange any eligible item within 30 days of the date on the receipt. Items must be in their original packaging (when applicable), with the tags still on, accompanied by your receipt and our Returns & Exchange Form.

If you are returning or exchanging an item, you are responsible for return shipping costs. If your original order was placed on our website and was shipped for free and the item(s) you are returning brings your original order total back under the amount that qualifies for free shipping, the shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

To start a return, you can initiate the process online by logging into your account and requesting a return through our website. If you are not able to initiate a return, the item(s) ordered may not be eligible for return (see non-eligible items). Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS

All sales are FINAL (no returns or exchanges can be made) on the following:

  • Clearance/sale items (prices ending in $.95 or $.97).
  • Suits Under $20
  • All tech suits
  • All customized products. This includes, but is not limited to any team suits, apparel, caps, and bags that are decorated with screen printing, heat transfers, or embroidery.

State Health codes require that all swimwear be tried on over underwear or they are not returnable. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that has no tags or has obviously been mistreated or damaged (i.e. improper fit, usage, washing and/or drying or material flaws from zippers, lotions or the pool deck).

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Only exchanges will be made on defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase, no refunds will be given.

Any defective items must be sent back to Elsmore Swim Shop before any determination can be made as to whether the item is indeed defective. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Elsmore. If the item is defective, Elsmore will replace the item at no cost to the customer. If a customer needs to replace an item quickly, you will have to place a new order and will be credited for the returned defective item in full once the item is indeed determined by Elsmore to be defective.

TECH SUITS

Undergarments must be worn when trying on tech suits. No refunds are issued for tech suits. Elsmore will make size exchanges for non-defective, unworn suits, when the exchange request occurs within 30 days of purchase date on the receipt. If the suit fabric is punctured or torn, Elsmore will not accept a return or exchange the suit. All sales are FINAL on clearance tech suits.

REFUNDS

Please allow up to 5 business days from when your return has been received for us to review your return. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you will be notified if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at service@elsmoreswim.com.
