    Shipping: All orders will be shipped individually to each family after the close date*

    Custom Items: Any items featuring customization (team logo, added name, etc.) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
    Please allow up to 4 weeks for custom orders.

    Caps: Only available to be ordered in the first ordering window; will be shipped in bulk to one location*

    Important: If you order equipment with your apparel order, you will not receive the equipment until the custom apparel items ship.
