U.S. Shipping Policy:
Free Standard Ground Shipping for orders over $49.00 applies to the United States only (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
All orders received Monday though Friday will be processed the same or following day. All orders received on Friday after 2:00pm Central Time and Weekends will be processed the following Monday.
All shipments are shipped either USPS or UPS. Shipments are only delivered on business days. UPS does not deliver on Saturday. Your order cannot be shipped to a Post Office Box (P.O. Box) address. Please indicate a street address for delivery.

Please keep in mind that our website does not directly reflect our inventory. Although we do our best to stock all items shown on our site, occasionally we do run out. In this case, you will be notified via e-mail within 1-2 business days of placing your order. If the item is not available, you will be offered an alternate option. In most cases, we will have the item to you in an additional 7-10 business days.
Contact and Tracking Your Shipment:
We will contact you regarding your order via e-mail. Many e-mails are not delivered due to spam filtering. Please add email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org to your acceptable e-mail address lists.
Your shipping notification e-mail will contain a link to track your UPS shipment. The tracking number we provide is accurate, however it can take a few hours to several days before the shipping carrier acknowledges the shipment or updates their tracking information.
Returns and Exchanges
All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by our Returns & Exchange Form and receipt. Click here to download one. Please follow instructions given.
Customer service is our number one goal. We are always here to assist in your purchases but understand the need to return or exchange items. If you are not completely satisfied with our products, you may return or exchange any item within 30 days of the date on the receipt. Items must be in original packaging (if applicable), with the tags still on and must be accompanied with your receipt and our Returns & Exchange Form.
Sale items ending in $.97 are clearance items and all sales are final, no exchanges or returns will be allowed.
If you are exchanging or returning an item, you are responsible for return shipping costs. If your original order was placed on our website and was shipped for free and the item(s) you are returning brings your original order total back under the amount that qualifies for free shipping, the shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that has no tags or has obviously been mistreated (i.e. improper fit, usage, washing and/or drying or material flaws from zippers, lotions or the pool deck). The original sales slip is required for all returns, exchanges and adjustments.
Minnesota Health Department requires that all swim wear be tried on over underwear or they are not returnable.

Please allow approximately 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived. Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.
Please keep in mind that we do not keep credit card numbers on file. We will be contacting you should you need a refund.
Custom decorated apparel and suits that have screen printing, heat transfers or embroidery CAN NOT be returned or exchanged. Please review these orders to insure that the proper sizes have been ordered.
Defective or Damaged Merchandise:
Only exchanges will be made on defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase, no refunds will be given. Any defective items must be sent back to Elsmore Swim Shop before any determination can be made as to whether the item is indeed defective. The customer is responsible for the cost to ship items back to Elsmore. If item is defective, Elsmore will replace the item at no cost to the customer. If a customer needs to replace an item quickly, you will have to place a brand new order and will be credited for the returned defective item in full once the item is indeed determined by Elsmore to be defective.
