Thank you for ordering your wetsuit from Elsmore Aquatic.  By renting with us you have given a deposit of $300 dollars and agree to the following:

• Return the suit in a timely manner:  You agree to have the wetsuit returned to the Elsmore store by 5pm on the Tuesday after your race. If you are shipping your suit back it must be postmarked by Monday following your race. Late fee is $20 a day which will be deducted from your deposit.

•Take proper care of the wetsuit: Wetsuits are very fragile and can be torn with fingernails or other sharps objects. We will inspect your wetsuit when it is returned for damages. For minor rips, you will be charged $7 repair fee that will be taken out of your deposit.  In the case that the tears are too large for repair or if wet suit is lost  Elsmore reserves the right to charge you for the damages or replacement of the wetsuit. This will be deducted from your deposit.

•DO NOT USE COOKING SPRAY OR PETROLEUM BASED PRODUCTS: Use of these products will result in damage to the suit and you will be charged accordingly out of your deposit. (Use Bodyglide)

•Care for the suit:  Rinse the wetsuit with cool, fresh water after use. Hang inside out  to dry. AIR DRY ONLY… do not put into dryer, use a blow dryer, place in oven or any other heat sources

•Elsmore is not liable for the safety of any athlete wearing the suit during the rental period or thereafter.  You the customer are responsible

Returning your wetsuit:
•If shipping your wetsuit back please pack DRY suit carefully to avoid damage
•Shipping in the original box make sure to remove or cover old labels
•Seal securely with packing tape
• Use pre-paid UPS label and drop off at UPS authorized location
•If returning to store please bring suit back DRY
